User:Necamswiki - You don't listen, do you? I can infer that your boss is nagging you and that you just want to get the long biography posted. That isn't our problem. Didn't I say to discuss first before editing? So discuss first. Robert McClenon (talk) 02:29, 26 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Hi, I want to proactively declare that I am a COI. I work for Mitchell Goldhar's company, SmartCentres.
I understand that an employee of the company made changes to Mitchell Goldhar's profile and/or deleted information before declaring a COI. We recognize this was wrong.
Can you please help me understand the process to have the flag removed from the profile, and have the original content reinstated?
Thank you in advance for your help.

@Mandymail: looking through the revisions [1] between when the employee began to edit and the present revision of the article, no real changes (excluding the addition of maintenance templates) have occurred. Could you elaborate on what you mean in asking for the restoration of "original content", and explain why would would have us remove the new maintenance templates?--SamHolt6 (talk) 23:26, 15 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@SamHolt6: Thank you for your response. I definitely do not want to remove the new maintenance template. If the employee did not make any real changes, can you help me understand why the article is flagged? Thank you again. Mandymail (talk) 16:36, 16 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@SamHolt6: Thank you again! I will try commenting on that board to see if they can help me understand the need to have the article flagged. Appreciate all of your help. Mandymail (talk) 18:23, 16 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@SamHolt6: I am reviewing all wiki policies and now know that the article issues flag is called the maintenance template. To clarify, I am trying to understand how to remove the maintenance template. I do not believe the neutrality of this article is in question and all COI edits have been removed. Do you have any guidance for me? Thank you for all of your help. Mandymail (talk) 02:08, 17 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Mandymail: Generally, editing best practice would dictate that the maintenance templates are removed from the article when the community feels that the issues stated within the template are fully resolved. Until the editing community is able to fix the issues in the page and remove it, I recommend steering clear from this page for now, since you have an admitted conflict-of-interest to the article's subject.
