• cellulose fiber factory - that doesn't make sense. They make cellulose fibers? I thought plants made that.

• You can't say it was "designated" in 1998 if you're not citing the law that designated it. "Constructed", maybe, and even then you have to say "by" as maps are not exact. --Rschen7754 23:49, 28 November 2014 (UTC)
