Hi, I'm Kingsif, and I'll be doing this review. This is an automated message that helps keep the bot updating the nominated article's talkpage working and allows me to say hi. Feel free to reach out and, if you think the review has gone well, I have some open GA nominations that you could (but are under no obligation to) look at. Kingsif (talk) 22:12, 12 August 2020 (UTC)

- Talk page and article history look stable
- One licensed commons image
- Various tables and infobox used as standard for highway articles
- No evidence of copyvio
- Lead a fair length - the two paragraphs are quite chunky so maybe a little long, but fine
- Some redlinks, but for articles that would be useful, so also fine
- Don't think anyone would delete them if they get created. Nova Crystallis (Talk) 07:22, 13 August 2020 (UTC)
- Not a wide variety of sources (mostly the Mississippi governance and Google maps) but they are official and satisfactory coverage for the subject in this case - if there is more 'pop' history that might be relevant, an admittedly quick search hasn't found it
- Remove wikilink to Martin Luther King Jr. from
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive
- King is not the road; if there is an article for things named after King, that may be a more appropriate target – also link MS 182 earlier in the sentence
- comma between
facilities including
- Route description generally seems fine
- Some connective is needed after the comma in
The sections near Pheba and in Chickasaw County were paved in asphalt, the remaining sections were laid with gravel
(or change it to a semi-colon)
- Added "and". Nova Crystallis (Talk) 07:22, 13 August 2020 (UTC)
- The phrasing of
projects to construct three bridges and grading, drainage, and gravel surfacing along 3.4-mile (5.5 km) section of MS 389
makes it a little strange to read, mostly because of the different verb forms in "to construct" and "grading" etc. Just adding a 'for' in front of "grading" would fix that, but the various actions could be rearranged to improve it further
- Made the easier fix. Nova Crystallis (Talk) 07:22, 13 August 2020 (UTC)
the route was rerouted
- maybe the "route" could become 'road' to avoid close repetition?
- Needs a period after
and MS 46
- Seems neutral
- Everything has at least one appropriate ref
Overall
[edit]- On hold A few things, but generally a fine, short, US road article. I don't see any lack in coverage, so it should be good with tweaks mentioned above. Kingsif (talk) 22:30, 12 August 2020 (UTC)
- @Kingsif: Thanks for the review. Nova Crystallis (Talk) 07:28, 13 August 2020 (UTC)
