Kashrut?

What does Members are required to keep Kashrut laws mean? That they don't eat food without Kosher certification? Separate milchig and fleishig dishes? Or is it simply that they don't eat pork and shellfish, a la SDA Church? I think kashrut is probably the wrong term here, but it would be nice to source this statement.
