Judges section restored

[edit]

I have restored the judges section content (diff). The content is directly relevant, significant and of importance relative to the article's topic, and its omission reduces the quality of the article. Information about the people who judge the performance of a large number of contestants in a contest is highly relevant. Provision of information regarding the judges is credible to provide a balanced overview of the event. North America1000 08:54, 22 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I have again removed the unsourced, irrelevant fancruft. The Banner talk 19:51, 22 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Your rational for re-removal is partially subjective, and does not address my rationale for the content's restoration above. Many articles about competitions have information about judges. For example, see American Idol and Top Chef for starters. It's very likely that offline sources are available that provide coverage. Internet coverage of 1990 events is not plentiful, because the internet was not in widespread usage at this time. North America1000 18:01, 23 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Why don't you add sources to prove your point instead of speculating about sources? Your opinion is subjective in its own right and your choices for the shows to compare (WP:OTHERSTUFFEXIST) show an USA=bias.
The article needs sources conform WP:RS, not related sources or plain speculation. The Banner talk 21:27, 23 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
And it is nice that you have added some sourced to back up their claim for fame, it are no sources that they were judges and that the judges are relevant. The Banner talk 07:52, 24 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
