Orphaned references in Miss America award winners
[edit]I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Miss America award winners's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.
Reference named "Swimsuit":
- From Miss America 2019: "Miss America 2.0". Miss America Organization. June 5, 2018.
- From Lauren Nelson: Covington, Hannah (May 31, 2015). "Nationally renowned trainer makes an 'art' out of pageant fitness". Tulsa World.
I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 15:54, 8 July 2018 (UTC)
Cancelled and New Awards
[edit]I was going in and it seems like all of the awards except for Miss Congeniality, Prelim Talent, and Peoples Choice were discontinued for 2024. There is now only Talent, Evening Gown, and Fitness, with three each. I might wait out for a year or two before making new categories Kendphi (talk) 03:06, 18 June 2024 (UTC)
