Lead and infobox
  • I do not think that the term “studio album” needs to be linked.
  • For this part (released 13 November 2001), I would say “released on”.
  • Is it really necessary to italicize the song titles? I under your rationale as they are in another language, but I am not sure if it is needed. I would also look through the article and make sure that you either italicize all of the song titles for each instance or none of them as it is rather inconsistent at the moment.
  • This is a clarification question. This sentence (It is the fourth album in the Romance series wherein Miguel covers bolero standards from Latin America and includes two original compositions.) makes it sound like all of the Romance albums include two original compositions. Is this true?
  • If you are going to link Spain and the United States, then I would recommend that you link Latin America as well.
  • Would it be better to phrase this part (who felt the record was not different from its predecessors) as (who felt the record was too similar to its predecessors)?
Background
  • For this part (In 1991 Miguel released his eighth studio album), include a comma after “1991” and use Miguel’s full name and link him as this is the first time you mention him in the body of the article.
  • Link boleros on its first use in the body of the article.
  • For this part (In 1997 Romances was), include a comma after “1997”.
  • For this part (By the time of Romances release however,), I do not think “however” is necessary.
  • For this part (Similarly, The San Diego Union-Tribune music critic Ernesto Portillo Jr., while giving it a positive review,), I am not sure what you referencing by “it”.
  • For this part (covering bolero standards and contain original compositions), it should be “containing”.
  • If you are going to link the geographic locations in the lead, then please link them in the body of the article as well.
Musical style
  • In the infobox, you identify the album as bolero, disco, and tango. I understand the bolero part, but I do not see a critic that clearly identified the album as a whole as either disco or tango. A critic saying that the uptempo tracks have a disco influence does not make this a disco album. Also, the fact that Miguel covers a tango does not make the entire album a tango album either. This either needs further citation, or the two genres need to be removed from the infobox.
  • Link “Amor, Amor, Amor” here.
  • If possible, I would make it clear in the prose the original performer for the cover songs mentioned. You do this for “Volver”, but not for “Amor, Amor, Amor”, "La Última Noche”, and "¿Qué Sabes Tú?”. You may need additional sources for this, but it would be helpful to add this here.
Singles
  • Were there any critical responses to these singles?
Tour
  • This is a clarification question. Did Miguel perform any of these songs outside of the context of a tour?
Critical reception and accolades
  • This section (specifically the first two paragraphs) does not appear to have a strong structure. Please look at this resource (Wikipedia:Copyediting reception sections) to better structure this section as a whole.
Commercial performance
  • For this part (Mis Romances sold over 1.5 million copies within nine days after its release), I think you mean “nine days of its release”.
  • I do not believe you mention the monthly Uruguay chart here.
Track listing
  • Please include information here about the songs’ producers if known.
