I'm curious how Minot is listed as smallest city to have a symphony orchestra. Is this by population, or by size? The Manitowoc Symphony is in a city of approx. 33,000 people, which I believe is smaller than Minot. Thank you, Karen Steingraber 64.246.247.222 (talk) 15:33, 9 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
