Bias?

I've along with the bots have written most of this article as of 7/14/07. I am not a disinterested party in regards to Six Mile Creek. I think I've been fair. I'd welcome any review by any parties that feel my bias interferes with Wikipedia's goals. I watch this page, you can leave your comments here or on my talk page. Calling Leslie Gore

"It lacks an identifiable downtown, so the nearby city of Mound mostly fills that role". How, exactly, does another city do that? City government is located elsewhere? A main library, too? (That's what I think of as "downtown".) I presume the intent was in ref a major shopping center (such as Wal Mart.) Clarification is in order.
