[edit]In an effort to help clean up the article, I've moved some sections to their own pages and added them as "See Also" links at the bottom of the page. PsyMar 19:46, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
Hm. Is there a consensus that the rivalry information should be there? I'm not going to remove it myself, but a debate could be had as to whether that's opinion or fact. PsyMar 20:03, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
As far as cleaning up the article, we can look to the New Jersey Devils article as a template. This article is the only NHL team entry to obtain Featured status. As to the rivalry, Minnesota has played North Dakota more than any other team, while the Minnesota/Wisconsin rivalry is well-established in most sports.Gopherbone 20:34, 18 March 2007 (UTC)
Page duplication
[edit]This page is duplicated and I suspect the two pages should be joined. I'm not sure how to do that and which one should be the primary but the two links below are essentially the same. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minnesota_Golden_Gophers_men%27s_ice_hockey http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minnesota_Golden_Gophers_men%27s_hockey — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.188.138.14 (talk) 01:26, 22 October 2011 (UTC)
- Actually they are the same page as one just forwards to the other. If you look closely to the top of the second link, there's a message at the top that it's just a referrer and it loaded the first link instead.Thinkbui (talk) 16:21, 24 October 2011 (UTC)
History
[edit]This page looks desperately in need of a legitimate history section. Anyone in?--Prisencolinensinainciusol (talk) 04:25, 9 March 2014 (UTC)
All-time series vs. North Dakota
[edit]Different sources give different all-time series records between Minnesota and North Dakota. I've listed them below, adding one win where necessary to account for Minnesota's April 10 victory in the Frozen Four:
Anybody know how to resolve the differences here? MarcusMaximus (talk) 22:23, 11 April 2014 (UTC)
