Binnenlandse Zaken
[edit]Calling this department "of the Interior" is very US centric, while "home office" is the UK name. Any correspondent covering this topic is called the "home affairs" correspondent however and many countries call it a variation of that, so I think we should use "home affairs" here too. In this case, "home affairs" is also closer to the Dutch "Binnenlandse zaken". Jamesjohnmalcolm (talk) 16:42, 26 March 2010 (UTC)
- I think you're on the wrong talk page (this is the Ministry of Justice, not the Interior), but regarding the Dutch Ministry of the Interior: that's the official translation that's used by the Dutch government. Mtcv (talk) 01:29, 15 October 2010 (UTC)
