So the entire 3 years comes from Gospel of John

There is the fact that the 4 sgosspels are simply not compatible, and that Mark has a time-reference 2:18 about the majority of the jews feasting, which can only be one specific holiday in the 7th month, making the lenght of Jesus' ministry only half a year.
