References to SEPA

There are lots of references to SEPA in the article itself, even though SEPA was replaced by the Ministry of Environmental Protection a couple years ago. Can someone put in some more current information? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.149.159.247 (talk) 02:27, 6 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
