[edit]I came to this page to try to understand a NEJM article on impact of dialysis on nursing-home residents; I couldn't make sense out of the NEJM article but guessed it might make sense if a /higher/ MDS score reflects /lower/ quality of life. As it stands on 2010-04-17, this Wikipedia article gives no information about what the MDS scores actually mean, nor does it give references to any other pages that might explain them, so I'm still baffled. 67.171.37.107 (talk) 02:44, 18 April 2010 (UTC)
