This seems to be from a Ph.D. thesis, I don't know if this is an accepted or even existant term anywhere outside this particular use...hence the original research tag. Paul 05:42, 7 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Closure Planning is a common modern mining practice - many mines have closure planning departments; there are a number of conferences on the topic (i.e. "Mine Closure 2008") Cymm (talk) 18:29, 17 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
