I don't think this Minami and the Minami singing for Domestic Girlfriend are the same persons. 1. Look on this Wikipedia-article (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minami_(singer)) which states Minami comes from Saitama. Minami Kuribayashi comes from Shizuoka. 2. On the linked Wikipedia article is written that Minami is born 1997. Minami Kuribayashi participated in Kimi ga Nozomu Eien which was produced in about 2003. That doesn't fit either.
