The result of the move request was: page already moved by someone to 1000 Mankai no Kiss. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 06:35, 27 March 2011 (UTC)
Million Times Kiss → 1000 Mankai no Kiss — Since the name of the song/single are in Japanese and no English names is provided, it is better to use transliterations from Japanese rather than translations from song title. Translations, however, can be mentioned in the article, but not in title, per MOS:ALBUM. --G(x) (talk) 13:24, 18 February 2011 (UTC)
- comment doesn't "1000万回" mean 1 billion? 65.95.14.96 (talk) 07:02, 19 February 2011 (UTC)
- Comment Should we perhaps transliterate "キス" as "Kisu" rather than "Kiss"? The Celestial City (talk) 23:13, 19 February 2011 (UTC)
- @65.95: I don't have much knowledge in Japanese, but as I search "万" in Japanese Wikipedia, it returns as "ten thousand", therefore 1000万 shall be "Ten million".
- @TCC: I am trying to find a similar case and found Futari no Rocket and Best of Hero. Personally, I believe it is okay to use "Kiss" than "Kisu", but if you have any other comment, feel free to discuss further. Thanks. --G(x) (talk) 13:23, 21 February 2011 (UTC)
- "万回" means 1 million according to Google -- 65.95.14.96 (talk) 04:23, 22 February 2011 (UTC)
- 回 is a counter, in which this case has been translated as "Times". 万 as number, means ten thousand, according to Wikitionary. Google Translate not always produce the accurate translations. --G(x) (talk) 05:09, 22 February 2011 (UTC)

Support The song`s language is Japanese and therefore it should be named properly (original Japanese title/transliteration).
Since MOS:ALBUM requires transliterated title I agree that "キス" have to be "Kisu". The English translation should be mentioned the first line of article:
1000 Mankai no Kisu (1000万回のキス, Million Times Kiss) is ...

- Per WP:MOS-JP#General guidelines, the title should still use "Kiss": "For transliterations from katakana, use the English spelling if available (i.e., Thunderbird (サンダーバード Sandābādo) instead of Sandābādo)." Dekimasuよ! 06:00, 23 March 2011 (UTC)
