content and sources
[edit]Hey, Polaron, your expansion and development of this article seems impressive and authoritative. But I don't understand your deleting several referenced passages, and your choice (so far) not to provide sources for the new material that you put in. Could you please provide some sourcing for your material? I assume that your material is correct and also that you are working from some specific sources at hand to you, rather than your writing from memory.
Also, what is wrong with the following passage:
It is the community that is the nearest location to three places listed on the National Register of Historic Places:[1]
- Bridge No. 1603, Devil's Hopyard Rd. (Rt. 434) over unnamed brook, Devil's Hopyard SP
- Bridge No. 1604, Devil's Hopyard Rd. (Rt. 434) over Muddy Brook, Devil's Hopyard SP
- Bridge No. 1605, Devil's Hopyard Rd. (Rt. 434) over unnamed brook, Devil's Hopyard SP
It is a fact that the National Register identifies this community as the nearest community to those three places.
And what is wrong with:
It is the location of the Millington Green Cemetery.[2]

I do not see why those could not be kept, at least in some modified form. Currently the article is only supported by one reference, a mapquest link, which i had put in. I don't want to tag the article with "no references" etc., and I don't want to delete all the new material, but I think it would be justifiable for any wikipedia editor to question this article as it now stands. doncram (talk) 00:03, 13 June 2009 (UTC)
- The bridges are irrelevant to the village as they're not in the village. You might want to mention them in the state park article though. You do realize that the entire village is a historic district itself, right? If you want to add the cemetery, I suppose that's fine. Go ahead an tag it with unreferenced. I need to go home soon and I won't be able to work on it until Monday. --Polaron | Talk 00:19, 13 June 2009 (UTC)
