Nothing about his TV shows? He did a midday chat thing during the 70s. I was teaching in a country town at the time, and the older women on our staff would hurry home at mid-day to ‘watch Mike’ over lunch.

Quite a change from the Mike Walsh of 2SM in the Sixties, who used to yell ‘Egad, and wicked wooby-wooby!’ and other Goon Show phrases, before spinning a Beatle disc.

Didn't he sue Kerry Packer or the Nine Television Network for breach of contract, and won?
