[edit]This is twice now I've removed Category:University of Alaska alumni. There are greater issues here which may require more time to resolve than many of us have. The note left on the category page should explain everything, though. If Phillips earned a degree from a specific UA campus, he needs to be placed in the alumni category FOR THAT CAMPUS.
