The first two refnotes give source titles "... 1938-2013" and "... 1942-2013", publisher ACBL for both. Neither one is handy for me to check. Last week I changed the article to say "1938 or 1942" and I put it in Category:Year of birth uncertain.

On page 78 of the Biographies and Results CD of OEB 7, it states 1942 in the brief bio on Cappelletti. OEBs 4 through 6 state the same. OEBs 2 and 3 state 1938. OEB 1 does not list Cappelletti. I think it reasonable to conclude that the most recent editions of the OEB are likely to be the most accurate and should be referenced and the others ignored as superceded.
