Yokohama BayStars

While I found references to Campbell's contract being sold to the BayStars by the Red Sox, I can find no references to him actually pitching for them. I have therefore removed the category "Yokohama BayStars players" from this page, and also changed "pitched for" to "was briefly a member of".
