I feel there are some things missing, like how much did construction cost? Who owned the land before? Why's it called "Mignot Memorial"? Who owned the land before? Did the States of Guernsey fund the construction? Why's it so significant that it has an X-ray (is it the only one in the general area?) Agree with Dunkleosteus suggestions. In addition:

How about some images - at least one of the hospital for the infobox
Add section on History e.g. Oregon State Hospital
Consider including some information on quality assessment - is there a Care Quality Commission rating for the hospital?
The section on modern equipment looks out of place and it reads more like an advertisement for Siemens. Consider a rewriting and putting into the section on services
Expand the section on services to list more thoroughly the range of specialities dealt with in the hospital - maybe look at some of the hospital GAs like Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Mount Carmel East or Miami Valley Hospital South for ideas
Add section on Transport e.g. Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Mount Carmel East or Miami Valley Hospital South
