what is Main Street Kentucky?

The lead paragraph includes: "In 2003, faced with a declining downtown, a major streetscape renovation project began as part of Main Street Kentucky." What is Main Street Kentucky? Why this entry?

Bad reference

Link number 4 to an external page called Midway, Kentucky is defunct, but I can't figure out where in the entry it is inserted, so I can't remove it. Nicmart (talk)
