Midnight Blue (single album) → Midnight Blue (B.I single album) or Midnight Blue (B.I album) – Even though there are no Wikipedia articles on single albums under "Midnight Blue", there are several albums and single songs with the same name i.e., "Midnight Blue" from other artists. Please see here. I have gone through the Wikipedia rules for naming the title of the articles and I'm convinced that the name of the artist, B.I, needs to be in the title for this article, for readers to quickly and easily identify and distinguish this album as B.I's album, from albums by other artists with the same name. Therefore I would like to please change it to either Midnight Blue (B.I single album) or Midnight Blue (B.I album). Thank you for your consideration. Bostonite01310 (talk) 01:18, 13 July 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose as over disambiguation. No other article for a single album of this name exists. The article isn't about an album or a song, so the (single album) disambiguator already distinguishes it from the other articles. Alex (talk) 01:52, 13 July 2021 (UTC)
- But Alex, the article is about an album. How is the statement, "the article isn't about an album or a song", correct? Bostonite01310 (talk) 02:03, 13 July 2021 (UTC)
- It's a single album, not just "an album", so the disambiguation of "album" alone would be incorrect. While it's true that there are other articles about music releases with the same title, only this one is a single album. Alex (talk)
- Ah I see what you meant. In that case B.I single album is the one that makes most sense to me. But if you have such a strong opposition over it, then I have no hope of convincing you otherwise. But since the article wouldn't have existed if I didn't create it in the first place, I hope you'll reconsider my request. Bostonite01310 (talk) 02:50, 13 July 2021 (UTC)

- Oppose as per Alex comments. Adding B.I is unnecessary when there is no other single album of the same name. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 02:08, 13 July 2021 (UTC)
- @Paper9oll:There are several songs, albums and singles with the name "Midnight Blue" actually. I just want it to be identified easily. Please reconsider. Bostonite01310(talk) 02:56, 13 July 2021 (UTC)
- @Bostonite01310 I'm not sure why you think having (single album) is not sufficient and will cause other editors to mistake the article as another article. Furthermore, the 3 other singers that has album of the same name, all of them clearly has different distinct name. In addition, the 3 other album of the same name, are all Studio album. Hence, your reasoning of "

" is rather a personal preferences. My decision is final and I agreed with Alex initial and further explanation above. — Paper9oll (🔔 • 📝) 05:46, 13 July 2021 (UTC)- @Paper9oll: Sounds good.
