Examples
[edit]The examples make no sense. 71.174.111.245 (talk) 13:08, 23 March 2008 (UTC)
This edit removed the following "examples":
- Atoms don't exist. Before Brownian motion such things were never encountered.
- Effects need causes. Before quantum mechanics such things were never encountered.
- Heavier objects fall faster than lighter objects. Air resistance often makes lighter objects fall slower.
- The Sun travels around the Earth. Smaller objects tend to be more mobile.
I agree that the above text is not suitable for an article, but I am posting it here in the hope that someone will locate a source and add some explanation for the examples (I could add the explanations, but it would be pure WP:OR). Johnuniq (talk) 00:42, 28 February 2010 (UTC)
