[edit]Unless there is some significant reason, a nickname really does not warrant its own separate article. It is simply not encyclopedic. As for the aspect of this article having to do with slang terminology, it ought to be be transwikied into the Wiktionary. Wikipedia is not a dictionary. Fluit 06:56, 28 April 2006 (UTC)
- This seems reasonable. - Runcorn 05:31, 29 April 2006 (UTC)
- Can I offer my belated thoughts against this? Mick is an ethnic slur used to refer to (Irish) Catholics in Australia and the UK. It's unlikely to be familiar to many readers. This section at least should remain unmerged. Slac speak up! 07:10, 3 May 2006 (UTC)
- I decided to be bold, so only waited a few days. However, anything to do with slang usage I would suggest belongs in the Wiktionary, although I left this information as-is in the merge. Fluit 19:22, 3 May 2006 (UTC)

I support Fluit. Anyone looking for Mick will get to the information, as there is a redirect. - Runcorn 19:48, 3 May 2006 (UTC)
You can always put in a disambiguation page for "mick". We (the people that started this page) are going to be working on improving it in the next few days so there will be more information. also Fluit, this is not a nickname, this is the user name of a person who plays the MMORPG kingdom of loathing. Its kinda like the page for "Notable YouTube Celebrities".
