William (Bill) Roberts
William (Bill) Roberts (1921–1997), the original voice of Michigan J. Frog, does not at present have a Wikipedia bio-page. On the Michigan J. Frog page he is dismissed as a "nightclub entertainer," despite the fact that he is also credited for 32 movies as an actor at IMDb. He sang with Jimmy Grier's Orchestra, Henry King's Orchestra, and Jan Garber's Orchestra before getting into movies in 1935. Most of his performances in film were as an uncredited singer or character actor. His last film performance was to provide the voice of Michigan J. Frog in 1955. Obviously, with that long a career in motion pictures, he deserves an upgraded mention on the Michigan J. Frog page as well as a Wikipedia page of his own, and i hope that some film or music buff will see fit to create the latter. See https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0730864/ -- and thanks to anyone who follows through on this request. 75.101.104.17 (talk) 01:11, 30 March 2020 (UTC)
