THREE* federal civil right lawsuits filed against Bholat:
1. In retaliation for performing multiple federal health assessments on her CMS-recipient patients in or around 2013 and opining multiple deficiencies in Bholat's care of the elderly and disabled, Bholat saw the opportunity to retaliate against the California physician worker in her position as CA Medical Board member by ordering a psychiatric evaluation on the physician worker so as to invalidate the latter's work which was reported to federal agencies. (US Eastern District Court of CA: 2:18-cv-105-KJM-DMC))
2. US Central District Court of CA: Case #8:18-cv-00975-PA-JC was not contested by Plaintiff when dismissed due to Bholat stepping down as Medical Board of CA member
3. US Eastern District Court of CA: 2:18-cv-105-KJM-DMC. Defendant Bholat dismissed due to "immunity". Sued due to ordering a psychiatric eval on a person of color minority, when in fact the person was acting normal for a person of their race and religious beliefs. (Bholat was later re-appointed to the Medical Board of California)
4. US Eastern District Court of CA: (Case # not yet assigned) In retaliation for #2 above, Bholat voted to REVOKE license and CONFISCATE property of defendant based on racist evidence and FRAUDULENT activity of CA Attorney General's office which is currently being investigated. Evidence of latter is noted as no representative of the CA Attorney General's office has come before the Medical Board in the last two quarterly meetings. 47.203.155.232
