Yes, I gave a newspaper report reference, which is reliable, the Swiss nurse in Tunisia was indeed killed by police while she was standing on her porch, and there were a few more examples such as the incidence in Libya (Swiss-Libya crisis) and other cases, in case you follow the news. Other cases are related to suspected tax evasion. And it is also correct that the Swiss foreign service did close a number of consulary offices in other countries. But you are right, I deleted my entry because it does not belong here.
