Origin of name

Michaelshaffera, a genus in the superfamily Pyraloidea, is almost certainly named for Michael Shaffer, the late lepidopterist who specialized in Pyraloidea, but I can't find a source explicitly stating this. Can anyone find a link and add it, or is the sum of the below sources sufficient, combined with the clear similarity in name between the genus and the scientist?
