College Career Section
[edit]The repeated ellipses are not good form for encyclopedic articles and make the information suspect of plagiarism. Would someone be able to check this? --207.172.254.112 (talk) 19:22, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
Divorce and settlement
[edit]The divorce and subsequent settlement were huge events in Strahan's personal life, deserving of their own section in his bio. Someone want to take a swing at this? --Patchyreynolds 09:14, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
67.175.179.166 17:07, 5 August 2007 (UTC)Someone put something about his divorce settlement in there, but the reference link does not work67.175.179.166 17:07, 5 August 2007 (UTC)
An appeals court on 8/26 reversed the child support award and demand for disability insurance. I would rewrite the section to reflect this but for various reasons I cannot. see www.judiciary.state.nj.us and check 08.26.08 published appellate court decisions and then strahan v. strahan. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.235.67.132 (talk) 16:02, 26 August 2008 (UTC) Also, the trial judge was convery, not cooney.
Commercial
[edit]He didn't promote the DS, the ad was for the Darth Vader Edition of the PSP. Can someone change this? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 138.16.7.219 (talk) 07:00, 3 February 2008 (UTC)
I listened to Strahan in a radio interview on www.sherdog.com with Bruce Buffer, he said he never did a commercial for Viagra. Should be deleted. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 138.32.32.166 (talk) 02:31, 3 February 2010 (UTC)
Picture
[edit]The picture of Strahan obviously wasn't during the 2007 training camp as he held out of camp that summer. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.98.80.99 (talk) 00:52, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
Why is "stars" in quotes?
[edit]Why does it say "'stars' in his own sitcom"? Is it disputable that he has the starring role in the show? I'm apprehensive to change it, since I haven't seen the show, but it seems as though the quotation marks should be removed.JSteele48 (talk) 03:08, 3 November 2009 (UTC)
Strahan listed on NFL Top 100
[edit]Michael Strahan was ranked #98 on the NFL Channel's The Top 100 Greatest Players. (2010). Cjstanonis (talk) 23:25, 25 September 2010 (UTC)
In the Media section
[edit]This section appears is becoming a list of every time Strahan appears in the media. Considering that his post-football career seems to be working in broadcast media, whether as a football analyst, sitcom star, or doing commercials, reporting every little thing he does is overkill. The section should be rewritten in paragraph form to focus on his most noteworthy appearances. Mantisia (talk) 21:04, 27 September 2010 (UTC)
Minor date correction
[edit]Oct 24 was a Tuesday. The game in which he sacked Bledsoe was the 23. Changed it myself. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.240.230.5 (talk) 09:25, 7 November 2011 (UTC)
Source for 1999 season?
[edit]I know about the incident regarding Strahan's grudge against Jim Fassel which led to an awkward moment when he criticized the coach who was attending his mother's funeral.
Still I need the right source before I could put it in.
Can someone provide the source for this? Iamhungey (talk) 01:16, 20 November 2011 (UTC)
Kids
[edit]This article seems to imply that Strahan has 4 kids. I just saw him Co-hosting with Kelly Rippa and in that episode he said he had 9 kids. Can someone please explain this disparity? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Skysong263 (talk • contribs) 04:52, 29 December 2011 (UTC)
Strahan has 4 children and his fiance has 5 children, so together they have 9. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.66.214.192 (talk) 03:44, 10 January 2014 (UTC)
Height
[edit]why my edits were canceled when he did measured 6 ft 4 1⁄4 in (1.94 m). he should be listed at 6 ft 4.
Because he's listed on NFL.com at 6'5" which is the official source for NFL players. Hunterb212 (talk) 17:57, 8 October 2021 (UTC)
Birthday
[edit]Posting this just incase anyone changes the birthday listed here... for whatever reason, today (November 15, 2021), GMA is celebrating his 50th birthday today... however, given post ("Thank you all for the birthday wishes yesterday!" - posted on November 22, 2020), it seems that November 21 is indeed his birthday. Main Picture
[edit]That picture is absolutely terrible and almost seems like some fake cutout thing, definitely needs changed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.60.161.217 (talk) 19:37, 9 January 2022 (UTC)
