[edit]

I'm in the process of revising the biographical portion of this entry. I don't know if I can remove all the lists (per Wikipedia policy) or not, but I can certainly make it better. Please leave a note here if you have any suggestions... or just edit the bio yourself! --Celestial Realm 08:11, 22 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Chosen professional surname

[edit]

Where is the evidence he chose "Praed" from a telephone directory? In interviews he has stated he chose it from the street in Paddington, London (site of a famous STI clinic, a fact which he was amused to relate). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2.31.164.70 (talk) 16:16, 7 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Nonsense footnote

[edit]

The sole footnote in this article, which reads, "Credited with discovery of the forerunner of the rhubarb/leek crossed Yorkshire water leek whilst filming with HTV in Wales at the beginning of April 1983", seems to be nonsense. If no one objects in seven days, I'll remove it. Cheers, Jacklee 20:59, 18 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Celeste Moore, the webmaster of Praed's official website, has confirmed that the above fact could be a humorous, ironic statement made by Praed that is not factually accurate. Since it is not backed up by a citation, I've removed it. Cheers, Jacklee 23:12, 19 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Gap in the history

[edit]

I'm not terribly interested myself, but there seems to be a fairly large gap 1986-1991. I assume there was some sort of reason for this 121.72.128.34 13:50, 31 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Update?

[edit]

Anyone that wants to make an effort to update this, http://fanfare.michael-praed.com/ looks like a good place to start. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 61.114.222.24 (talk) 09:03, 14 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
