This article was copied verbatim from the FCC site

[edit]

I just added the copy/paste tag to this article -- its original text was copied verbatim from http://www.fcc.gov/leadership/michael-orielly and it has changed very little since.

But the tag suggests there is a copyright violation. I don't believe that's the case, since the FCC site must surely be in the public domain.

I'm not a Wikipedia policy expert, but there is something that just doesn't feel right about this. Although the original source is included in the references, it is not apparent that the bulk of the article came from that source. And it appears to me that the additional sources cited have the effect of obscuring the fact that the article was copied in its entirety from a single source. Portrait

[edit]

Holy **** that portrait. Is not possible to get an image that does not give the reader the impression that he has just ingested a live mouse and is trying to hide this? I would say that using that pic is in and of itself a BLP violation.

I mean unless he has. Herostratus (talk) 22:33, 27 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
