Hi. I will begin this review shortly. As it's my first so I'll be assisted by an experienced Wikipedian. I hope that's okay. --Seabuckthorn  03:18, 16 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

GA review – see WP:WIAGA for criteria

This biography appears to be in good shape and a promising nominee.

  1. Is it reasonably well written?
    A. Prose is "clear and concise", without copyvios, or spelling and grammar errors:
I think the article is ok and as far as I have checked up till now no problems with 1a.
    B. MoS compliance for lead, layout, words to watch, fiction, and lists:
    See below (Fixed).
  2. Is it factually accurate and verifiable?
    A. Has an appropriate reference section:
    B. Citation to reliable sources where necessary:
    C. No original research:
    Appears ok to me.
  3. Is it broad in its coverage?
    A. Major aspects:
In fact I must commend the nominator for organizing the meagre information that is available.
    B. Focused:
  4. Is it neutral?
    Fair representation without bias:
    appears fine to me
  5. Is it stable?
    No edit wars, etc:
(Who would dare to war with a wrestler Mr. Novo? ).
  6. Does it contain images to illustrate the topic?
    A. Images are tagged with their copyright status, and valid fair use rationales are provided for non-free content:
    B. Images are provided if possible and are relevant to the topic, and have suitable captions:
No images are available so we can't stress.
  7. Overall:
    Pass or Fail:
    Pass.

Issues with 1b: (Fixed)

OK, everything looks good now. Passing the article to GA status. --Seabuckthorn  02:48, 20 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Comment. The lede of the article currently includes sentence ""He is an advocate for the sport on the global stage." What sport? Currently there is no context provided, at all. I am guessing something must have been deleted, rendering this sentence nonsensical, for the moment. --doncram 20:43, 30 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
