Several sentences of "allegations" about Mr. Mullan have been repeatedly removed from this article. Being a WP:BLP, I have protected this article to slow down the auto reverting that has been happening. The information that is being removed does not have a source, contains allegations and accusations, and should, without sources, stay removed. Information on "allegations" of patent misconduct added citing a primary source (US Federal Court Ruling) and a detailed Journal of Law and the Biosciences peer reviewed article on the entire episode Igramudi (talk) 08:36, 26 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
There has been repeated attempts to remove (carefully sourced) unflattering information about Dr. Mullan related to patent litigation and misconduct. These edits were made by a single user (Susan *m) under the guise of other page revisions, without offering any justification for removal. I have restored the page to remove all edits by this user. Although the information is negative, it does conform to Wikipedia policies on BLPs. If additional edits are made without proper justification, I will request protection of the page.Igramudi (talk) 22:48, 4 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
