Article name

SHould this page be called Michael Mantler?? Also, it needs wikifying, and according to his website he moved to the USA in 1964. Tim Fellows 10:22, 24 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

yes, the page should be called Michael Mantler, don't know how to do it, though, nor how to wikify - somebody else?

Moved it to Michael Mantler and yes, it was 1962. Boston is apparantly in the USA!!! Also wikified first two paragraphs. Should probably also be categorised - look at other jazz musicians for examples of categories. Tim Fellows 19:14, 24 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Is it really necessary (and in the spirit of Wikipedia?) to include seemingly irrelevant and certainly not specific to this article, very basic links to items such as place names: United States (!), Hamburg, Berlin, etc., or instruments: violin, keyboards, etc. Isn't that overdoing things a bit? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.0.252.226 (talk • contribs) 21:44, 20 June 2006
