PR fluff

[edit]

When I read a sentence such as "Sophisticated and idiomatically written, Michael Kibbe’s octet is an accessible contemporary work perfectly suited to collegiate or professional recitals and concerts, and is a welcome addition to the brass chamber repertoire" in a article, I begin to suspect that either the subject himself or someone working for him is writing the text. "Perfectly suited"? "A welcome addition to the repertoire"? Give me a break.
