[edit]This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest was declined. Per WP:CITEIMDB. |
In section on Film Work in third para, a citation is needed: "McEvoy wrote original music, coached Zac Efron in ukulele[citation needed] and had an acting role playing Orson Welles' musical director." A citation can be found on imdb.com: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0568580/bio?ref_=nm_ov_bio_sm I hope this helps. Jollidee (talk) 15:02, 1 March 2019 (UTC)

[edit]- All three claims originate in the trivia section of IMDb. WP:CITEIMDB states
"the trivia sections that are based on user submissions are inappropriate for use."
- Claims about writing credits listed in IMDb may be used and referenced by IMDb only where
"the writing credits (shown at IMDb) are marked with "WGA" and are supplied directly by the Writers Guild of America"
. The writing credit claimed in the edit request is not marked as such at IMDb.

Thank you for your advice on this, Spintendo.
Is it possible to ask for this part of the sentence i.e. 'coached Zac Efron in ukulele' to be removed in this case? Jollidee (talk) 15:23, 2 March 2019 (UTC)
Took out 'coached Zac Efron in ukulele' as there is no published source info available for citation. 51.6.26.101 (talk) 15:15, 4 March 2019 (UTC)

[edit]- Please clarify whether the Ivors Composer Awards are affiliated with BASCA by providing references which link the two together.
- When ready to proceed with the requested information, kindly change the

- Implemented Although the press release offered still does not clarify the difference between the Ivors Composer Awards and the Ivor Novello award, it is clear from the Ivors website that this is the new name for BASCA. Regards, Spintendo 11:15, 14 November 2019 (UTC)
