We now know Beary himself was either complicit or incompetent with Hezbollah's stockpiling of arms

This article seems to be very soft on Mr Beary in light of events since October 7, 2023.

We can now safely say that Hezbollah had thousands of rockets and other munitions stored in the south of Lebanon, as Hezbollah themselves proclaimed for years.

With literally thousands of references now available (even from Hezbollah's Al-Manar) proving massive stockpiling in the south had occurred, how should we go about updating the article? It appears Nikki Haley was being overtly civil in allegations in 2017 so the article isn't current with regards to his potential culpability or his being wrong.
