[edit]Micah was found dead in his house on October 8th 2006 by Amber Armstrong, Katie Featherston's sister. Katie is believe to be the murder, however her location is unknown.

In the movie Paranormal Activity, the characters (Micah and Katie) have the same name in the film as they do in real life. This is to enhance the "found footage" aspect, in a similar vein to the Blair Witch project (which was similarly marketed to deliberately cause confusion as to whether or not the film was fact or fiction).
