Can someone write an article about Metronome magazine, a music magazine which I believe was published from the 1930s to about 1955? During its lifetime I would say it went from being a trade magazine to being a direct competitor to Downbeat. It was primarily a jazz magazine, which probably led to its demise in the fifties when singers and rock music became more popular than jazz. Thanks. 24.167.105.97 (talk) 22:51, 8 May 2009 (UTC)
