benzyltropane equivalent

[edit]

By comparison of the benzoyloxy substitutions for a benzyl as in Singh's 229—232 cocaine analog compounds, the equivalent of a methyl/ethyl-4-ethylguaiacol(yl?)-ecgonine seems a viable possibility; since it is a fermentation product of alcoholic beverages such as beer & wine, it may, if looked for, be an extant co-ingestion metabolite in vivo like cocaethylene. A better understanding than I have about metabolic pathways and if it allows for covalent attachment or not. Nagelfar (talk) 21:55, 25 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
