I would suggest this be moved to "Mersey and Irwell Navigation" - what is Wikipedia's policy on naming articles? Parrot of Doom (talk) 21:25, 12 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. Peter I. Vardy (talk) 21:38, 12 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I agree too - I will try to do it. – ukexpat (talk) 20:11, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The alternate title already exists as a redirect Mayalld (talk) 20:15, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Well I can ask an admin to make the move for us if there is consensus to do so. Anyone object? – ukexpat (talk) 20:56, 19 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
None whatsoever from me. Mayalld (talk) 05:44, 20 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Okey dokey I will request the move. - ukexpat (talk) 19:26, 20 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

 Done - ukexpat (talk) 21:55, 20 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I would suggest this article be taken out of 'Rivers of Lancashire', considering that it runs through Greater manchester and Cheshire and isn't a river.
