- When the actor playing Mr. Hankey yells to the children and they respond, you see Craig in the front, even though they are in Nebraska.

- The title is a play on a line in "A Charlie Brown Christmas", the famous Peanuts special.
- The chase sequence parodies the "Escape from the Hospital" scene of Terminator 2: Judgment Day, when the main characters are chased by the T-1000.
