This article fails to meet WP's standards for notability. No reliable second-party sources are provided to lend credence to its notability, and a Google search for it returns mostly links to this article. The sculpture is located on private property, no art periodicals that I can find have mentioned it, and the artist herself does not have an article on WP. Indeed, searching "Hilary Goldblatt" returns only about 3,000 hits. WP is not a catalog of every sculpture in the world. I'm sorry, but nothing justifies having this article.
