Belonging to Jawa Timur

The article says:"Even though the island is a significant part of Bali Barat National Park, it is assigned to the Javanese administrative district and falls under its jurisdiction." What is the source of this?
I find no evidence on this thesis in this and other WP. I do not daubt the isle is part of Buleleng. Horst Emscher (talk) 07:48, 7 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
