Page Rename

Updated this to the correct name of the park (Oxen Pond is colloquial). I didn't discuss it first because the original Oxen Pond talk page didn't have any discussion on it (apologies if I have erred and someone please revert). I have changed the link from Pippy Park but not from the university, city or list of Canadian Botanical gardens pages. Rewrite

Article has been tagged as requiring references, suffered from at least one obvious copyright violation (since corrected), and needs a major overhaul to remove weasel words and advertising text.
