I feel like a large portion of the last paragraph in "Early life and family" would be more appropriate to be under the "Career" header. It seems to talk more about her job and beginning of her career more than early life or family. Also the "Early life and family" section could be a bit more chronological, rather than mentioning her husband and daughter and then continuing to talk about her high school experiences.
