I would note that the section is currently totally slanted against the plan. It doesn't even explain Wathelet's reasoning at all, just launches into a series of complaints about the plan. In addition there is clear original research. Linking to the overflight guidelines of Heathrow airport does not support a contention that the Brussels plan is out of line with those guidelines. We would need an article explicitly stating that argument. It may or may not be true, but that is a text book case of original research.
